Rockenro Catholic parish grouping invites the public to come and laugh when they host performance by stand-up comedian Jeremy McLellan at Holy Trinity Parish in Robinson Township on Friday, June 21, at 7:30 p.m. (doors open at 7 p.m.). Comedian is devout Christian, with a passion for social justice, as well as a rising star in the field of stand-up comedy, who recently completed sold-out tours across the country. La Roche University will present seventh annual Faith Night at the Pittsburgh Pirates baseball game Saturday, June 22, when the Pirates take on the San Diego Padres, starting at 4:05 p.m. at PNC Park on Pittsburgh’s North Side. Friday, July 12: The St. Vincent de Paul Society of Beaver County’s 12th annual golf outing at Fox Run Golf Course, 4240 River Road in Beaver Falls. This four-person scramble begins with registration at 8 a.m., followed by shotgun start at 9 a.m. Cost is $95 per person, and includes coffee, juice, doughnuts, complete lunch buffet, beer and soft drinks and Bruster’s ice cream.
